This course covers 3 steps to getting into EA:

  • Emotional Evaluation
  • Developing Inner and Outer Truth
  • Emotion Building
In each one of these steps or modules, I will take you step-by-step through the whole Alignment Process. We'll start with the Emotional Evaluation. I'll walk you through the Emotion Screen Test™. It's here where you'll discover just where you currently are with your emotion creating and revealing skills. You'll also learn what your face is saying to others without you speaking a word. This is the real key to understanding what roles you are really right for. At the end of this first part, you'll be able to pinpoint your emotion creating and revealing strengths and weaknesses and know just where you need to put your focus and what you'll need to work on.

As we move into developing Inner and Outer Truth, we'll take a deep dive into emotions. You'll learn what you need to do to evoke a genuine emotional response in you. You'll also learn what triggers an emotion, what it feels like in your body, what compels you to do and what it looks and feels like on your face.

With a greater understanding of emotions, we will begin the Emotion Building Process. You will learn how to evoke each of the 7 Universal Emotions and express them outwardly, not just through your body but on your face. 
 
By the end of this course, you will have the tools and the information you need to in front of the camera. You will know what the truth feels like in your body, sounds like in your voice, and looks like on your face. You will have the tools to interpret sides, copy, or directions and transform it into: real, recognizable, appropriate emotional responses, time after time, and do it all on demand. You're not going to have an emotion toolbox... you’ll have an emotion work shed.
